DEPOSIT TERMS 

All deposits are non-refundable. Waiting list positions are listed in order of receipt. Deposits may be moved up or down if the litter is not whelped, your preference of color or sex is not provided.

1.    Clients can change their mind on color or sex prior to whelp or after providing that the color or sex is available. We will not bump other clients on the list if you change your mind. You must wait until the litter is whelped to see if your change is available.

2.    Balance of purchase must be paid in full by five (5) weeks old if puppy is to be shipped.

3.    Purchase price must be paid at the time puppy  is picked up. Balance of purchase is to be paid in cash only.

Puppies will only be held pass 8 weeks if arrangements have been made prior in writing with seller. Purchaser shall be responsible for subsequent board of $20.00 per day for food and any veterinary fees.
